Sabine Balzer joined Cushman & Wakefield Hotels (formerly RH International) in May 2005 as an Associate in the hotels team, based in London.

Employment History
Sabine started her career in the hospitality industry with an apprenticeship at the Maritim Hotel in Bad Salzuflen, Germany. After that she came to London to work for Millennium Copthorne Hotels and Claridge's. After gaining 5 years practical experience, she studied International Hospitality Management at Oxford Brookes University, which included a semester at Griffith University (Gold Coast Campus) in Australia. She graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science with Honours. After graduation, she joined Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, where she looked after the research function, gathering intelligence on European operating and investment markets. Furthermore, she wrote and contributed to numerous European and global research publications and was involved in advisory assignments. Since May 2005, she has been working in the hotels team at Cushman & Wakefield Hotels, undertaking hospitality consulting assignments. She has been involved in projects in the UK as well as Czech Republic, France, Greece, Ireland, Portugal and Slovakia.
